The key to an effective PACKAGING CLAMSHELL is the presentation of your product at the final point of sale. The product must arrive in good condition and ready for the peg hook. It must also be easy to load within your facility and hold up to shipping abuse. Our formers utilize various thicknesses and colors of plastic in the thermo-forming and vacuum-forming process.

This tri-fold clamshell used for retaining ring pliers, allows the customer to touch and feel the quality of the tool, by exposing the gripped handles. The side cut outs enable the consumer to position the levers as needed to convert this tool from an external to an internal retaining ring pliers. This unique feature is easily communicated through the interactive ability of the package.

INJECTION MOLDING is a very economical process to produce strong, low cost parts. The initial upfront tooling can be amortized into part production if desired, and produced either domestically or offshore. Understanding your requirements for the package and or product up front is the key to its success. Modifications and enhancements can be built into the tooling to produce a variety of results.

These molded Hex Key T-Handles are insert molded. The hex stock is placed into the molding equipment and the plastic flows around and onto the shaft becoming an integral part of the product. This produces a very strong product, meeting all ANSI torques specifications for this item. Various colors are utilized to help differentiate fractional and metric, as well as special features such as “regular hex” or “Ball Plus”. BLISTER PACKAGING can be an effective way to reduce your packaging costs by eliminating one half of a clam shell and utilizing the board or card that is present to act as the “back” of the package. Blisters can be sealed at our facilities or at your facilities depending on your requirements. We can determine the plastic and board thickness required for your product.

This blister is created on a family mold which allows us to modify the interior layout to range from two component products up to four components. The key sealing points are uniform to the package regardless of the number of interior components, thereby requiring only a single seal tool to cover multiple configurations of product. Additional blister combinations can be made using the same cutting dies and master tooling. This results in a lower tooling cost per unique item.

POUCHES are a convenient way to provide reusable end user storage features with your product.  They also are a good way to organize several items within a set.  These pouches can be made of leather, vinyl, or cloth and are available in any desired color. They can be embossed, screen printed or stitched with additional copy to help promote your brand.  We have sources either domestically or globally to meet you product requirements.

This vinyl pouch keeps the wrenches neatly organized yet allows the consumer easy access by opening the side flaps.  The clear vinyl on the flaps provides the consumer a means to verify that all product has been returned to the package before it is stored away.

THERMOFORM TRAY and COVER SHEETS can be utilized to package larger products or bring color to the package without obscuring the consumers view of the product.  Up front planning and design can allow a common lid is used with a variety of bases, thereby reducing inventory and tooling costs.

This small tray and cover set, allows the consumer to easily view the three products within the set, yet the red base helps highlight the individual products. The red base also the brandcolor for the customer, bringing additional differentiation to the set.
