You make an outstanding product, that is what you are tooled up for and that is your expertise. Let us handle the packaging of that product. Our extensive assortment of packaging equipment allows us to package your product in a very efficient manner. Blister, Radio Frequency (RF), Baggers, Skin Board, Sonic Welding machines all require additional capital costs, floor space and maintenance that you might not be ready for. We have locations that specialize in each of these areas. Password protected inventory sites can be established to allow you to “view” your inventory at our location at any given time. You send us the product and we will coordinate the purchasing of the packaging required for fulfillment and packing of your product. Product / Display assemble, ship
Displays can take up a tremendous amount of floor space when assembling all the components. Do you have space on your shipping dock to send out 1400 pallet displays to a home center this week, or room for 3500 displays going to a drug chain? Many times they are treated differently than your normal every day product in terms of labeling (cross docking) and handling (drop shipping). Let Merchandising Partners design, test, assemble and ship your displays. We will develop approved detailed instructions to include as part of your display to make sure your display not only gets to its intended destination, but can then be set up by the in-store personnel.

VMI and JIT programs
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Just in Time (JIT) programs, places the burden of re-ordering your packaging material on Merchandising Partners. We will establish programs where we come in to your facility and order/deliver your packaging materials as needed based on your actual usage. We will set up visual inventory levels that can automatically trigger re-oders of components as they are needed. These programs reduce your requirements for constant paper generation of daily or weekly purchase orders. We will review forecasts with you as needed to adjust our levels for seasonality of your business and stock the components at our locations to have available as needed.

Warehousing
Make your facility more profitable by turning your packaging warehouse space into production. Those pallet racks filled with corrugated materials are not adding anything to your bottom line. Let Merchandising Partners inventory your materials and ship them to you when you need them. We can provide economies of scale using blanket orders and release to you in small lots as needed.
